Question 1

What does Arth Niti Consultee actually do?

Accepted Answer

We work with businesses, HNIs, families and property owners on structured financial planning — mapping goals, cash flows, risk cover, investments and tax-aware structuring into a written plan, then reviewing it on a fixed rhythm.

Question 2

How does an engagement usually begin?

Accepted Answer

With an introductory conversation. We understand your situation, explain how we would approach it, and set out the scope and the work involved before anything is committed.

Question 3

Is the first conversation chargeable?

Accepted Answer

No. The first discussion is introductory and carries no obligation. If we do not think we are the right fit, we will say so and point you in a more useful direction.

Question 4

Do you work with clients outside Pune?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are based in Pune and work with clients over video and phone as readily as in person, sharing documents securely.

Question 5

What does the planning process look like?

Accepted Answer

Assess, plan, structure, review. We first establish where you stand, then agree priorities and a written plan, then help put the structure in place, and then review it at agreed intervals as your circumstances change.

Question 6

How often is a plan reviewed?

Accepted Answer

Review frequency is agreed at the start and depends on complexity. Plans are also revisited whenever something material changes — a business event, a liquidity need, a change in family circumstances or in the regulatory position.

Question 7

What information do I need to share?

Accepted Answer

To start, a broad sense of income, assets, liabilities and goals is enough. Detailed statements and documents are only requested once an engagement begins and the scope is clear.

Question 8

Who will I be dealing with?

Accepted Answer

You deal directly with the adviser handling your plan. There is no handover to an unnamed relationship desk after the first meeting.

Question 9

How accurate are the calculators on this site?

Accepted Answer

They are indicative planning tools. Each one runs a transparent formula in your browser using the assumptions you enter, and every calculator lists the assumptions it makes. They are not a forecast, a quote or a recommendation.

Question 10

Is the data I enter into a calculator stored?

Accepted Answer

No. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to us or saved anywhere unless you separately choose to send them through an enquiry form.

Question 11

Can a calculator replace a financial plan?

Accepted Answer

No. A calculator answers one narrow question with fixed assumptions. A plan considers your full position — cash flow, obligations, risk cover, taxation, time horizon and behaviour — and is reviewed over time.

Question 12

Do you guarantee returns?

Accepted Answer

No. No adviser can. Investment outcomes are subject to market risk, and we do not present projections as assured results. What we commit to is a clear, structured process and honest communication about risk.

Question 13

How is my information handled?

Accepted Answer

Confidentially. Information you share is used only to advise you, is accessible to the people working on your plan, and is not sold or shared for marketing. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.

Question 14

Do you provide legal or audit services?

Accepted Answer

No. We provide financial planning and advisory work. Where a matter needs legal drafting, statutory audit or specialist tax filing, we will say so and work alongside your existing professionals.

Question 15

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Send an enquiry or call us. Tell us briefly where you stand and what you would like to resolve, and we will suggest the most sensible next step.
