Our philosophy

Plan. Invest. Grow.

The name Arth Niti brings together two ideas: arth, meaning wealth and purpose, and niti, meaning policy and disciplined conduct. Our work sits precisely there — treating money as something to be governed by policy rather than by mood.

Most financial difficulty we encounter is not caused by poor products. It is caused by missing structure: undefined reserves, protection sized by habit rather than need, goals never quantified, and surplus that disappears because nothing was written down about where it should go.

We therefore begin every engagement with assessment rather than recommendation. Once the position is clear and the goals are quantified, the structure follows logically — and it becomes far easier to stay with the plan when conditions get uncomfortable.

We are deliberately conservative in how we speak about outcomes. Markets, tax law and business cycles all change. What we can commit to is discipline, transparency about assumptions, and a review rhythm that keeps the plan current.

How we work

Six standards we hold to

Structure over improvisation

Decisions are made against a written plan with defined review points, not against the current bank balance or the latest headline.

Confidentiality without exception

Client information is used only to prepare and maintain the plan. Nothing is shared for marketing or discussed outside the engagement.

Clarity about assumptions

Every projection states its inputs. We do not present estimates as guarantees or use returns as a selling device.

Family and business together

For owner-managed businesses the two are inseparable, so we plan them side by side rather than in isolation.

Coordination, not replacement

We work alongside your chartered accountant and legal advisor so compliance, tax and planning stay aligned.

Documented and reviewable

You receive a written plan you can re-read, question and track — not a verbal recommendation.
